I’ve got the know-how to train, coach and mentor your marketing person (or people) so they understand the key drivers, can make sensible marketing decisions, and can proactively manage the marketing budget.
Plus, I’ll report to senior management to ensure there is wider knowledge of what to expect and how to manage the marketing role in a way that works for your situation.
My expertise comes from first-hand experience as a senior marketing professional. I’ve managed extensive marketing programs over multiple brands, marketing staff and marketing budgets in the millions of dollars. I have also worked with small and medium-sized businesses, and have kept up with online marketing over the last 10 years.

What happens?
The Marketing Mastery program includes a series of weekly, fortnightly or monthly training sessions – to suit your availability and resources – where we work through a proven 8-step program. Throughout the program the participant/s will directly apply the material and work on developing various aspects of their own marketing program.
In between scheduled sessions the participant has unlimited access via phone and email to receive consulting advice, ask questions, check their progress, and seek feedback.
Create a workable marketing action plan
At the conclusion of the Marketing Mastery program the participant will have created a considered and well-researched marketing program that will work for your business! Importantly they will also create a marketing budget and weekly action plan so implementation is documented and responsibilities assigned.
This program is designed to teach participants not only how to do marketing, but why. As a result they will understand:
- Why specific tactics are recommended.
- How they should be implemented.
- Who should be implementing them within your company.
- Key factors to be aware of.
- How much you should be spending (the marketing budget).
- How to adjust the program in the future.
Alternate formats available
If you feel a series of sessions is not realistic for your situation we can discuss alternate formats such as two full-day sessions (consecutive or separate), or half-days scheduled to enable progress from session to session.
Ongoing mentoring available
As an option, mentoring is available after the series of scheduled sessions concludes to support the participant in implementing the program and developing additional marketing initiatives. Ongoing mentoring is usually contracted in 3-month blocks and is conducted via telephone or Skype. If required, mentoring may be provided on site.
The objective of the Marketing Mastery program is to provide the participant/s with sufficient education, training and support to enable them to increase their independence and confidence in making marketing decisions.
