Website pricing calculator

The Starter Package is priced at $2,850 plus GST and includes:

  • Marketing advice and review of your written content before the website is made
  • 6 website pages
  • up to 10 images
  • 4 plugins (each plugin does a particular functionality)

Technical note: The term “plugin” refers to a piece of code that performs a specific function on your website. You can add lots of plugins to do lots of different things. If all this sounds too confusing, don’t worry. We can talk about it in simple language.


 

Notes:

  • All websites are created using the robust world-famous WordPress platform.
  • Each website is unique because we create it to suit what you need.
  • Includes individual marketing advice and fine-tuning your written content to help you get the most from Your Website Creation Project Plan.
  • Excludes the sourcing and editing of images to be used on your website. You will be given help on sourcing images however if you prefer this can be provided for an additional fee.
  • The estimate provided is an estimate, not a final quote. After we discuss the details you will get the price confirmed in writing.

Want to have your website managed for you?

To get your website online you need more than just the website content. Your domain name is like your address on the internet. Domain names are registered for a fixed period and must be renewed in advance to maintain your online presence.

Website hosting is the physical location of your website. This is the technical side of your website and must be set up correctly, including your email addresses. Marketing Nous uses reliable and secure Australian-based website hosting.

The ‘Essential Setup’ Package (domain name registration + website hosting)

Your domain name (example: yourwebsite.com.au) will be registered through a secure and legitimate Australian domain name registrar. Renewals will be managed by Marketing Nous so you don’t need to worry about it. Website hosting is a generous Business grade package that gives you reliable hosting, the ability to run WordPress and unlimited email addresses. This package covers the cost of setting up the domain and website hosting, not ongoing maintenance or support for it.

Fee: $30/month billed annually for one domain name and one Business hosting package

The ‘No Worries’ Package (all website updates and upgrades)

Modern websites need to be updated to keep them safe from hackers and running smoothly. You also should be adding new content regularly. This No Worries Website Update service includes all the maintenance aspects of your website:

  • Adding up to 4 new pages per month (example: a new blog post each week)
  • Updating content on existing pages when you need changes done (you provide the content such as text or image)
  • Upgrading the software running your website including regular updates to WordPress and to the plugins you are using (this is done for you behind the scenes)
  • Managing any technical issues with the website hosting service (usually when something is changed)

This keeps your website in tip-top shape with everything operating smoothly.

Fee: $160/month billed annually or $200/month billed quarterly
